The wines around the Saale and Unstrut rivers have long since found their place alongside their great foreign and domestic neighbours. In keeping with their character, they are matured in large wooden barrels, temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and barriques. The results are delicate, fresh and elegant white wines and equally elegant, full-bodied and rich red wines.

You can savour the results in the in-house restaurant, on the airy terrace, in the small, cosy wine bar or in the fireside lounge. The winery kitchen serves hot and cold delicacies such as tarte flambée. On Fridays there is fresh trout from the grill. There is also the option of a picnic in the vineyard. The full picnic basket with blanket and crockery contains chilled wine from the estate and delicious specialities for a romantic meal surrounded by vines.
