Our apartment is located at ground level in a quiet street in the immediate vicinity of the Toskana-Therme (10 minutes’ walk) and the spa gardens (15 minutes’ walk).

On an area of approx. 35 m² you will find the living/sleeping area and a small kitchen, the bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer as well as a small storage room with a cupboard for your personal belongings. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances and utensils such as a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave etc.

In the living/sleeping area, you can easily convert the couch into a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people. The armchair can also be converted into a sleeping area for a third person, e.g. a child.

Of course, the apartment is equipped with a modern TV and free WiFi. The parking lot for your car is directly in front of the house.
