Restaurant The First: Italian cuisine meets modernity
The Italian-influenced restaurant with European influence impresses with 5-course menus in changing compositions and always surprising flavour experiences. This makes your dinner not only a pleasure, but also a special event. Marcello Fabbri runs the show kitchen in our light-flooded conservatory. Savour the star chef’s unique compositions, accompanied by a wine tour with sommelier Thomas Stobbe. (Limited seating – reservation required.)
