In one of the most interesting falconries in Germany you will learn a lot of interesting facts about the life and behavior of birds of prey. Since 2005, the Falcon Farm Lower Castle Schütz is located in Kranichfeld in the Weimarer Land.
In the beautiful landscape of Thuringia, in the Middle Ilm Valley, you can experience the speed of the peregrine falcon, the agility of a strangler falcon, swooping flights with eagles from great heights, the agility of kites, buzzards and other species of falcons, the silent flight of the eagle owl close above the heads of visitors.
A special feature of the Eagle and Falcon Farm Lower Castle in Kranichfeld is the legendary Andean condor. The giant sea eagle, largest eagle in the world, is the most impressive attraction in our flight show.
